Suppose that the available bandwidth for a connection is 20 kbps (20*103 bits per second)  and a (one-way) propagation delay is 30msec (millisecond). If stop-and-wait protocol is used, what is the range of segment sizes that can provide more than 70% utilization at the sender side? Note that the utilization at the sender side is defined as the fraction of time that the sender is busy with sending.
