An engineer must grow a 8" diameter, 6 foot long boule of n-type Si where the doping concentration is 4 x 1014 cm-3 at the midpoint of the boule.
a. What dopant should the engineer use to obtain the largest fraction of the boule with a doping concentration between 2 - 6 x 1014 cm-3?
