Assume the speed of vehicles along a stretch of the A8 highway (Monaco to Nice) has an approximately normal distribution with a mean of 118 Km/h and a standard deviation of 11 Km/h. The current speed limit is 110 Km/h.

a) What is the proportion of vehicles with a speed up to the limit?

b) What proportion of the vehicles would be going less than 95 Km/h?

c) A new speed limit will be initiated such that approximately 10% of vehicles will be over the speed limit. What is the new speed limit based on this criterion?
