Frank currently has enough employees to keep his order process fully staffed (all steps in the process are busy at the same time). His typical order process involves planning the order upon receipt (which products of which aisle based on store, 20 minutes/order) followed by driving to the store (15 min/order), then shopping for items listed (30 min/order), and finally delivering the order (15 min/order). He typically works 10 weeks each season, 5 days per week, 6 hours per day.
