Case Study: The pre-production of this mission puts a smile on my face. We have not even begun the work and I am confident in our results! As we are promising to cement your ministry as a staple within the community, please respond no later than November 24, 2023, to allow sufficient time for planning. I, along with my team, are more than willing to meet via in-person or online to follow up with any negotiations. Feel free to contact me at (317) 298-923 for any concerns and addresses you have.
Questions:
1. In the Background and Purpose section, what is the problem your peer identified and the reason it is a problem? Then, consider what parts of the section were particularly persuasive. Do you have any recommendations to make it more persuasive?
2. What solution does your peer propose? Is this stated in the Proposed Plan of Action section? Does your peer provide sufficient detail explaining how the proposal will be implemented? What is the benefit or the return on investment for the investor?
3. Does the Authorization section do a good job of summing up the proposal? Why or why not? Does it provide a deadline for responding and contact information to prompt action?
4. Continue to exercise those proofreading skills. Point out at least two grammar mistakes you see in their initial post and suggest an alternative. If you're not sure about grammar rules, point out two sentences that are unclear.
5. In one-to-two paragraphs, give a specific, detailed, and helpful assessment of your classmate's proposal draft from start to finish. Consider logic, organization, persuasion, and tone. Ask your peer questions to provoke further thought about his or her proposal.
