Daniel has a bag of marbles and decided to count how many of each color are in the bag. He found there were 10 red, 7 green, 6 yellow, 13 blue, and 8 purple. Each time Daniel selects a marble, he randomly picks one out of the bag, records the color, and then places is back in the bag.
(a) Are the events "first marble is green" and "the second marble is purple" dependent or independent? Explain.
(b) If Daniel selects two marbles, what is the probability that the first marble is green and the second marble is purple?
