A worker has asked her supervisor for a letter of recommendation for a new job. She estimates that there is an 80% chance that she will get the job if she receives a strong recommendation and 5% chance she will get the job if she receives a moderately bad or weak recommendation. She further estimates that the probability that the recommendation will be strong is 0.7 and the probability that the recommendation will be bad or weak is 0.3.

(a) Based on this information, what is the probability that she will get the job?

(b) Given that she does receive the offer, how certain should she be that she received a strong recommendation?
