It's Monday evening (10:00 P.M.). John's boss tells him by phone that he must be at the Chicago office by 9:30 A.M. the next morning for an important meeting. John calls all five airlines that have flights getting from Toronto to Chicago by 9:00 A.M. Each has one flight, and all the flights are booked.
