Problem: Cancer testing a long-term study has revealed that the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test for prostate cancer in men is very effective. The study shows that 87% of the men for which the test is positive actually have prostate cancer (Source: Journal of the American Medical Association). If a man selected at random tests positive for prostate cancer with this test, what is the probability that he does not have prostate cancer?
