The owner of a restaurant relies heavily on its lunch time crowd of business people to make her restaurant successful. To attract a large crowd, it advertises that, if a customer does not receive his/her meal within 15 minutes of ordering, his or her meal will be free. If this time is normally distributed with a mean of 12 minutes and a standard deviation of 1.8 minutes,
