Vetture's is a family restaurant that serves mostly Italian food in the East Lake area in Tampa Bay, FL. They have created a reputation on great food, good price, and friendly staff. Their carryout orders take about 20 minutes, and they also have a delivery team that guarantees that you get a delicious and warm food at home, if that is your choice. Most patrons, however, prefer the carryout option. Let us assume that the time required for a carryout order to be ready for customer pickup has an exponential distribution with a mean of 20 minutes

  2. If a customer arrives 25 minutes after placing an order, what is the probability that the order will not be ready?
