If you have a sample of 100 patients at a hospital and 20 of them have the flu, what is the probability of randomly selecting 3 patients in a row who have the flu? You can assume (replacement meaning that when you select a patient a new patient is added to total number of patient) or not (meaning that after you select a patient the total number of patients declines by 1), just be clear about the method you choose.
