Questions: You are doing placement at an agency and you have the following concerns: A person has been brought to your agency and they don't seem to really want to be there or participate. While you are trying to complete the intake form with the potential client, they seem to struggle to pay attention and, based on your professional judgement, you wonder if they are under the influence of a substance. The potential client doesn't seem to be able to understand the written intake information presented to them.

2.How do you ethically proceed? (Consider the following when writing your response: what is the basis of your professional judgement?
