Of the cases it was found that 300 were exposed to electromagnetic fields and of the controls 500 were exposed to electromagnetic fields as well. Construct the table for case control and determine the estimated relative risk in this case.

In a study to determine if a solvent was associated with liver cancer, it was found that, in a cohort of industrial employees, three people who used the solvent in their work developed liver cancer and 104 did not. Two cases of liver cancer occurred in employees who were not exposed to the solvent in the same type of industry. The remaining 601 unexposed employees did not develop cancer. Determine the relative risk of developing cancer in the cohort studied. Make the table for the cohort studied.

7. One study looked at the health impact of occupational exposure to insecticides. The researchers selected a cohort of 1,999 workers known to have carried out field work during the period 1935-1999 for the New South Wales Board of Tick Control. Only men were selected for the study. The control cohort consisted of 1,984 men who had done fieldwork since 1935. Of the exposed cohort, 500 were found to develop liver cancer and of the unexposed, 10 were found to develop liver cancer. Construct the table for the cohort studied and determine the relative risk for liver cancer.
