Practical Ethics and Wisdom of Module 5. A white paper is written from the point of view of an expert on a topic. It serves as a creative guide for approaching complex issues, presents philosophy and case studies, and helps readers solve problems or make decisions. Many creative white paper templates using Word can be found on the internet. See the Learning Objects page for a video on writing a white paper. In this assignment, you will create a white paper sharing best practices for ethical leadership and social justice in the workplace. The white paper will include real-world case studies, research to support the resolution of complex issues, and appropriate charts/graphs/images.
Step 1. Review the course objectives located at the beginning of this course and in the syllabus. Use the course objectives to shape your white paper.
Step 2. Select View example white papers on the internet. Select a creative white paper template from online or from the templates located in Microsoft Word. Your white paper should be appealing and draw the reader's eye to the content.
Step 3. What is the premise of ethical leadership? What are social justice issues? What do philosophy and literature say about ethical leadership and social justice?
Step 4. Compose
Compose your white paper, with graphics or images.
