Assignment: You have worked in MRI for 10 years, and you have recently be asked to take on some additional responsibilities with scheduling other techs. You are a driver communicator, and you expect others to be responsible team members. If they are scheduled, you expect them to show up for their shifts ontime and ready to go. One of the newer techs, who you think is an expressive communicator, is scheduled to work Wed-Fri with the weekend off. One of the other, more senior techs is scheduled for the weekend and is complaining that he should get to have weekends off, not the newer tech. He asks the newer tech if she can switch with him, but she works another job on the weekends and can't switch with him. The next two weekends, the more senior tech calls off of his shift. You need to speak to him about his behavior.
