A solid spherical conductor of radius a is surrounded by a concentric spherical conducting shell of inner radius b and outer radius c. The region between the conductors, a < r < b, is filled with a dielectric having dielectric constant 3. The region outside the outer conductor, r > c, is air. A charge of Q coulombs exists on the inner conductor only. Include proper units with your answers to parts (a), (b) and (c) below.
