Question- A buffer that contains 0.135 M acid, HY, and 0.228 M of its conjugate base, Y-, has a pH of 8.78. What is the pH after 0.0012 mol of Ba(OH)2 is added to 0.355 L of this solution?

I comprehend normal titrations however the numbers are not working out in this one. I'm having complexity working backwards from pH. Please illustrate steps thanks
