In order to have true omni-channel marketing strategy, you need to understand your persona's buyer journey. Go back to Sarafino's persona from your first assignment and use that persona to create a buyer journey.

Using the Current State Buyer Journey Map Spreadsheet, map out your persona's journey stages from acquisition to win back. You will look at your persona's journey and describe the follow at each step of the journey:

The persona journey: what are their pain points and desires?
What is the persona's current brand interactions via channel touch points and actions?
What are the results of that interaction? Did the client meet their expectations? Are their needs met or unmet?
Who in the company has internal ownership of those interactions/ channels? Are there any gaps?

Do NOT leave any of the boxes empty - work at examining every relevant stage of the journey and the associated user experience and touch points. You can refer back to Sarafino's client brief if you want to look at their current channels.
