The demand for Knorr Soups is exceptionally stable with no discernible trend or seasonality. In fact, the demand on a monthly basis is essentially uniform and constant. You want to set the inventory for one of their flavors, Cream of Chicken.

You have the following information:

• Monthly demand = 2000 cans / month

• Cost of placing an order = ct = 575 dollars/order

• Holding cost = h = 15% dollars/dollars/year

• Product cost = c = 1.75 dollars/unit

• Selling price = p = 3.25 dollars/unit

• Must be ordered in increments of cases that hold 20 cans each.

Question 4: Calculate the Economic Order Quantity for Cream of Chicken Soup in terms of cases. Round your answer to the nearest integer value
