Significant medical history includes hypertension and a history of a DVT. He is otherwise healthy. His at-home medications are as follows:

  1. Metoprolol 50 mg BID
  2. Aspirin 81 mg (stopped 7 days prior to surgery)
  3. Naproxen sodium 250 mg q12 PRN for pain
