Both parties agree that they will finalize the agreement on May 1st. On April 26 Justin learns that he must travel out of town for business and that he will not return until May 5. In order to meet his obligations, Justin makes arrangements for his cousin Julia to meet with Cheryl on May 1st to finalize the deal. He provides Julia with the car, the keys, and the title which he has already signed over to Cheryl. When Julia delivers the car on May 1st, Cheryl refuses to follow through with the contract.
