1. In general, how does the organisation view consumer involvement in service and planning roles? Does the organisation support individuals or teams? Does every member of the organisation give out the same message on consumer participation or do only a few members advocate the cause?
2. What is the organisation's philosophy? Does it allow consumer participation? If yes, how does it discuss consumer participation in the organisation? Does the organisation's vision/mission include, for instance, customer's input in the service delivery planning, etc.?
3. If there is a clear outline of consumer participation in the organisation's philosophies, procedures and policies, can you write a summary of what these might be? If there is no clear outline, you can write N/A or none.
