Question - Given the following data, compute the total direct cost for each project duration. The indirect costs for each project are $130 for 23 days, $110 for 22 days,  $70 for 21days, $ 70 for 20 days and $60 for any time 19 days or lesser. Compute the total project cost for each duration and record the same in the summary table given below. The project manager informs you that any time there is a reduction in the project duration, irrespective of how much duration is crashed, there is a flat charge of $100. What is the optimum crash duration for the project, and what is the optimum total cost? At what duration does the project reach the crash point, and what will be the total cost at the crash point? Note: for the purpose of calculating total cost of the project include the flat charge as well in your calculations.
