The guidelines require all medical offices display the Patient Bill of Rights in their lobbies but also make it available to patients when they come in for care. For example, if the patient requests this information, they must also make it available in their preferred language and any alternative format such as in Braille. Even with this requirement, do you believe patients know what their rights are? Why do you think it was necessary to include this detail regarding exactly where and how patients can find/obtain the Patient's Bill of Rights?
