Problem

After 2 weeks you continue to work on client goals of medication management, but client still misses doses 1-2 times a week. When medication is missed, "voices" start to reappear worse than normal. He is currently using a pill box set up by you the OT, the client and his mom. What's the next step in your treatment sessions?
