What is the nature of the Observable Organizational Culture?Honda's observable organizational culture is set by the company's philosophy which is "equality among colleagues is expressed in recognizing and respecting individual differences in each other, treating each other fairly and creating equal opportunity for everyone. All employees at Honda strive to realize this philosophy and regard this as the foundation of their actions and decisions.6) Why does this Culture lead to success in the Global market?This philosophy/mission statement forms the basis for all company activities and sets the standard for the conduct and decision-making of all connections globally worldwide within the Honda Corporation.Because of this Honda leads to success in the global market followed by their underlying fundamental beliefs of Respect for the individual, which are:Initiative -means not to be bound by preconceived ideas, but think creatively and act on your own initiative and judgment, while understanding that you must take responsibility for the results of those actions.Equality- means to recognize and respect individual differences in one another and treat each other fairly.
