Answer in 1 page. This homework critical question needs to be solved, and to make the question more clear. During the process of making yogurt using milk containing lactose the bacteria break down the lactose in order for it to multiply and form yogurt, but when using milk containing no lactose how will the bacteria multiply or feeds on when there's no lactose.
