1. What's the mutation in the sub-strain's protein CDS? Express your answer in standard notation. Count the adenine in the start codon as 'position 1'. a. You learned this notation for amino acid sequences and the same can be used for nucleotides too.

2. Discuss the effect of this mutation in the protein: a. Did the mutation change the protein primary sequence? If so, how? b. What is the 'name' of this mutation (e.g., silent, missense, nonsense, etc.)? c. Explain how this mutation contributed to the difference (or similarity) between the phenotype of that sub-strain against the wild-type strain?
