You have a good foundational team, but you still do not have all the resources you need to start a fully functioning recreation center. After analyzing your situation, you realize that you are missing three essential pieces: recreation center members, program leaders, and funding to start these programs. You need to plan a successful fundraising event to bring new members to your center. In addition to new members, you hope to raise $50,000 in this fundraising event to get the money to begin developing new programs.
Organizing a fundraising event is a large responsibility. You will have to plan logistics, organize resources, develop a budget, and market your event. This is the largest event that you've ever planned. You are excited, but also a little nervous since you still feel like you need to prove yourself at the recreation center and in South Park.
