1. When decision making is being considered, then sunk cost are irrelevant because of the fact that these cost have been incurred and would not result in any additional cash outflow. 2. When additional order is received, one has to ensure its profitability. If the entity is meeting its profitability i.e. it has recovered its fixed cost then for additional order it can charge its consumers only its variable cost. 3. For decision making and launching of a new product, opportunity cost needs to be considered. 4. Solved on similar concept on question 2. Consider all the variable cost and then find per unit variable cost.
