A particle of mass 1.80m_0 and charge +e is accelerated by a potential difference to a speed of 0.8c. (m_0 is atomic mass unit: 1.66x10-27 kg.). The 1.80m_0 particle now collides with a 3.20m_0 particle moving in the opposite direction at 0.6c. Two particles emerge, one a 3.50m_0 particle moving at 0.563c.

(a) What is the momentum of the system?

(b) Determine the speed and mass of the second particle emerging from the collision.
