Solve the all parts of given problem:

Problem: When a 0.5 kg mass is suspended from a spring, the spring stretches 4 cm to an equilibrium position. The mass is then displaced 2 cm from the equilbrium position and released.

Part A: What is the spring constant?

Part B: What is the mechanical energy of the mass?

Part C: What is the speed of the mass as it passes through its equilbrium position going down and going up?

I need help to find the speed of the mass as it passes through its equilbrium position going down and going up.
