Consider a 2 teller, 2 queue bank simulation with 10 customers. Assume that even-numbered customers (i.e., customers 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8) go to teller 1 and the odd-numbered customers (i.e., customers 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9) go to teller 2.

Customer 0 arrives at time 0 to make a withdrawal.

Customer 1 arrives at time 1 to open an account.

Customer 2 arrives at time 1.5 to make a deposit with cash back.

Customer 3 arrives at time 2 to make a deposit. Customer 4 arrives at time 3.5 to make a withdrawal.

Customer 5 arrives at time 6 to make a deposit with cash back.

Customer 6 arrives at time 8 to open an account.

Customer 7 arrives at time 8.5 to make a withdrawal.

Customer 8 arrives at time 9.5 to make a deposit with cash back.

Customer 9 arrives at time 10 to make a deposit with cash back.

Assume the following transaction times.

Making a deposit takes 2 minutes.

Making a deposit with cash back takes 5 minutes.

Making a withdrawal takes 4 minutes.

Opening an account takes 10 minutes.
