Simple Pendulum with length 1m released from rest from angle of 20 degrees from the vertical and to the left of the equilibrium position. When the ball (mass=m) passes through the equilibrium position, the string hits a peg, which shortens the length of the pendulum to 0.5 m. What is the maximum angle (measured from the vertical) of the string when the ball is on the right?
