The problem specifications are :
Range is 30 <T<50 C
Resolution is 0.01 C
Frequencies of insterest are 0 to 100 Hz
Transducer dissipation constant is 20 mW/C
ADC range is 0 to +50V
Sample rate is 1000 Hz
