The hollow cylinder is an insulator that is uniformly charged throughout its volume with a charge density 1.2 µC/m3. What is the magnitude of the electric field inside the insulator at a distance Ri < 2 cm < R0 from the axis? The permittivity of free space is 8.8542 x 10-12 C2/ N . m2. Answer in units of N/C.
