A product is supposed to weigh exactly 200 grams. Inspectors want to develop process control charts to support quality assurance. They take ten samples (k=10) of four products (n=4) and weigh them. If the standard deviation (sigma) is 0.39 grams for the production the product and the control limits are set at 3 standard deviations (z=3), what is the Lower Control Limit (LCL)? The x-bar-bar = 201 and the Sigma-x-bar = 0.195.
