He has been drinking more frequently, complained of being more tired than usual but not sleeping during the day or longer hours at night. Dion has lost four pounds in the past month. His routine urine screen is positive for glucose and negative for ketones. His point of care glucose is 350 mg/dL. What is the likely diagnosis and what would be the likely plan of care?
