The Harvesters picks and dries rose petals from its 10 acre exotic rose farm. The exotic flower petals are in high demand from a large group of wedding planners and romance planners. During the summer of 2020, Harvesters processes the exotic roses and obtains 15,000 tins of exotic rose petals. In addition to the rose petals, they also harvest 4,000 grams of exotic rose seeds from the centre of the rose flower. These seeds are extremely rare and sell for a premium.

Picking and processing the rose petals costs Harvesters $124,000 for labour, drying the roses, and packing the tins. The actual cost of the metal tins is $2 each. sells each packaged tin for $22 and they sell 13,000 tins by the end of the period. In addition,the Harvesters sells 3,500 grams of the exotic rose seeds to a seed wholesaler for $5 per gram. Due to the relatively small amount of rose seeds, the harvesters rose seeds as a by-product.
