Case Study: The company "Weslily Solutions and HR Management" has been contracted by the government to analyze the relationship between the level of training of public employees and their job satisfaction. The objective is to determine if there is a negative or positive correlation between these two variables and provide recommendations to improve training and job satisfaction in government.

Correlation exercise:

Select a sample of 10 public employees and collect data on their level of training (X) and their job satisfaction (Y). The sample data is as follows: [X: 10, 9, 5, 5, 8, 7, 9, 2, 9, 10] [Y: 8, 9, 6, 4, 7, 6, 8, 3 , 9, 9]
