Select an industry that is currently in the news (e.g., automotive), or a specific company in the news (e.g., Tesla), or even better a specific product model that has been in the news (e.g., the Tesla Model S) and identify elements of its value chain. Where can information be used to decrease costs and increase customer satisfaction?
