Question: The physics phairy tale states that rapunzel was bound in her 200m tower for 50 years as her hair grew. Her hair grew to exactly halfway down the tower as she waited on her prince to come. The spell could only be broken by a prince with a bow. His intelligence would afford him the ability to make a special bow that would wrap around the rope of Rapunzel's hair and hold fast. Athletic ability would enable his reaction time to intercept her hair just as it reached its minimum distance from the ground and give him the initial velocity to reach the hair as the dragon would not let him get any closer than 150m from the base of her tower.

Part A: How long will it take the special arrow to reach the peak of its trajectory?
