A dairy processing company started production of the following products a year ago: milk dehydrated fat-free, low-fat milk, almond milk, and soy milk. It has been successful in sales, but they have problems in the distribution of the products and in the manufacturing processes. Yes an employee of the production line absent from his job generates a crisis. there is no one replace him, those who work as guards are exhausted from the long hours and logistics delivery to customers is poor.

Currently, they have a web application that can be viewed from mobile devices and/or customer personal computers. After a meeting with marketing experts and processes, it was decided at the management level to review the technological trends to include them in the plan next year's strategy to implement them. Imagine that you are invited to participate in the team development of a proposal that allows diagnosing new technologies and innovations, which may apply to this dairy processing company.
