What is the importance of the mass values in an galvanic cell for electrochemistry
This is a grade 12 level course for chemistry. All the help is greatly appreciated!
For example we are doing an galvanic cell experiment where we have zinc and copper inside of an Zn(NO3)2 (aq) solution. Throughout the experiment the zinc looses mass. if goes from 10 grams to 0.24 grams. The Copper goes from 10 grams to 19.76 grams. The experiment is given 40 mins and 12 amps of power. I need to know the importance of the mass for the system? Why is the mass importnant and what does it help to identiy ?
What are the boiling point and freezing point of a 2.47 m solution of naphthalene in benzene? (The boiling point and freezing point of benzene are 80.1°C and 5.5°C, respectively.
A metal box of fixed volume contains Carbon dioxide at 2atm pressure. Throughout a valve you add Methane (CH4) at a constant rate as well as at constant temperature. Plot the CH4 fugacity versus time up to a total pressure of 20 atm. Presume ideal..
From the data below, calculate the total heat (in kJ) needed to convert 13.4 g of water at 25.0°C to steam at 110.0°C.
When 9.6 g of an unknown non-electrolyte is dissolved in 50.0 g of carbon tetrachloride, the boiling point increased to 80.43 degrees C from 76.5 degrees C. If the Kbp of the solvent is 4.95 K/m, calculate the molar mass of the unknown solute.
What does the structure of isopinocampheol (the product of a hydroboration-oxidation reaction of (1R)-(+)-alpha-Pinene) indicate about the mechanism of the reaction in terms of regioselectivity and stereoselectivity
What percentage of their offspring will be homozygous versus heterozygous?

Find free energy, entropy, enthalpy and volume of mixing for formation of 1.00 L of air from O2 and N2 at 298 K and 1 bar.
Which of the following would have a density of 1.21g/L at 7.0*C and 0.978 atm? Please explain why don't just give me the answer.
For the gas-phase reaction 2 NO2 + F2 → 2NO2F, the rate constant k is 38 M-1s-1 at 27° C. The reaction is first order in NO2 and first order in F2.
A buffer solution is made by adding 5.05 g of KOH (56.1 g/mol) to 500.0 mL of 0.400 M benzoic acid, HC7H5O2 (Ka = 6.6×10^-5). Calculate the pH of the solution that results when 100.0 mL of 0.150 M HCl is added to the above buffer (total volume is 6..
