Tim is a Manager and his employees are having some personal problems resulting in health issues. Joe came to work crying and upset because he was going through a divorce and experiencing financial worries and having to sell his house. Tim suggested he go home for the day because he was upset and unable to work. Joe is a 40-year-old, Caucasian male. A week later another employee, Manjeet came to work late. Tim gave Manjeet a verbal warning because he was late and told him he would receive a suspension if it happened again. Manjeet is a 30-year-old, visible minority male.
