Why might you level a non-human resource? What is the impact of levelling? why this resource? It does not make sense to level the same human and non-human resource (eg. Please don't level concrete trucks and concrete truck drivers).
Costs
[Please check that you have filled in all sections and included an estimated cost in the overview section]
Background and rationale
[why is costing important? How did you choose your references? How did you choose what to include?]
Cost summary
[include a summary of costs, G and A, overhead and total bid price etc - the format and some of the percentage values are included in the cost lecture]
S curve
[what are the cumulative costs of the project, why is this important to planning, create an s-curve of the costs - values and scales are needed on a graph]
Cost table
[use the format outlined in the lecture. Try not to use Bunnings or equivalent as the cost reference - this table is usually in landscape format so may be better in an appendix. Include reference texts in the references table in Harvard format]
[Are the costs clearly labelled so that any stakeholder can understand them - for example A U$, kilo, metre, etc]
[Can the costs be easily traced to the WBS and network diagram?]
