The rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence needs new talent that is highly trained in programing and design. Three programs in the US produce graduates with this type of training. After program completion, graduates are tested on basic and advanced skills and given a score of Exceptional, Satisfactory, or Unsatisfactory/Needs remedial training. The AI Corp would like to purchase the rights to the best training method. Is there one that they should avoid or prefer or is there no association between skill score and program attended?  The analyst asked for a sample of 100 from each program and then measured their proficiency. The results are as follows.
