In a Benihana of Tokyo restaurant, there are 10 hibachi dining tables with 8 seats in the dining area and 32 seats in the bar area where customers wait to be seated with a group of 8 persons in the communal dinning setting. The dinning and bar areas of this restaurant are always full, and nobody waits outside the restaurant. The average customer stays in the dining area for 80 minutes dining and enjoying Chef's performance. A customer spends $30 on average in the dining area. Answer the following questions with short explanation

1. What is the throughput rate in the number of persons per hour of the dining area?
