A particular calorimeter is calibrated and is found to have a calorimeter constant, Ccal = 3.640 kJ/°C. When 1.500 g of an unknown hydrocarbon was combusted in the calorimeter, the temperature of the calorimeter increased from 24.670°C to 27.924°C. What is the heat of combustion for the hydrocarbon in kJ/g?
